Living at Jack's Point

Golf Course

"Designed to work with nature, not against it" was one of the axioms of the design specification for New Zealand's most stunning golf courses. Course designer, John Darby is well known for his work on other major courses including The Hills and Clearwater.

The Jack’s Point 18-hole championship golf course traverses through wetlands to the edge of Lake Wakatipu encompassing steep alpine bluffs, indigenous vegetation and a handsome dose of wildlife.  Book your tee time at 03-450-2050 ext. 1.  Click here to see the Jack’s Point Golf Rates

Restaurant / Café

The Clubhouse restaurant menu offers a selection of burgers, sandwiches and meals using fresh, seasonal produce – organically sourced where possible.  Each day our in house baker produces a wide selection of cakes, cookies and slices to compliment our outstanding coffee.  Guests of Jack’s Point Clubhouse can also choose from a selection of locally produced wines, beers, juices and mineral waters.  In addition to the restaurant, we have an in house deli that sells freshly baked bread, local cheeses and olive oils, all of which are available to take away.  The restaurant is open from 8am daily and visitors are welcome.

Multi-Sport Trails and Fields

Kilometers of well-groomed trails to hike, to bike or ride horses on are waiting for you at Jack’s Point.  Following old farm tracks, previously used by the high-country musterer bringing his merino flock down from the tops, these tracks have been used privately for generations.  Now it’s your turn to experience the stunning landscape at Jack’s Point.
The Tennis Courts, Driving Range, Cricket Ground, Walking and Biking Trails are all OPEN and ready for play.
Visit Jack’s Point and enjoy everything this special place has to offer.
